How it works?
Our process for delivering NVQ’s ensures that it is both quick and easy to get your operatives through the process. All assessments take place on site and it is designed to provide minimal disruption to you and your daily site operatives.
We will assign an assessor to your staff who will analyse, assess, tutor and support them throughout the NVQ process. Our assessors observe your operatives in order to build an NVQ portfolio of evidence. Our assessors also complete all the necessary paperwork to ensure everything is in the place. Where writing is required, we will also provide assistance and support to anyone encountering difficulties.
How long does it take?
Usually two-three visits are sufficient for a Level 2 NVQ. Level 3, Level 6 and Level 7 NVQ’s may require a few more visits but this is dependent on the learner.
By observing your operatives whilst they work, we limit the need for any downtime –meaning minimal effect upon productivity.
Once the NVQ is completed your operatives will receive a Certificate of achievement and CCT Ltd will apply for the relevant CSCS card.
We are on hand after completion of the NVQ to offer advice, support and assistance on Health & Safety Test requirements and progression qualifications.
Please contact our training team on 01543 455 400 to discuss your training requirements further. We will provide immediate quotations and we are also happy to out you in touch with one of assessors who can discuss the specific evidence requirements with you before you enrol.
